Delayed approval and payment of a $2,500 withdrawal requested on 11/23/17


I have a 2500 US dollar withdrawal request pending on Dreams Casino since 11/23/17. Customer service has escalated many times and each time I am asked to give it a few days and I will be notified when payment is sent. When I checked again this evening I received the same answer - which is it has not been approved yet and has been escalated and re-escalated. I also asked where their license is held and was told that is info they are not allowed to give out. I would have thought this info would be public. Regardless, It's now over 2 months and I feel that if I do not file a complaint I will be stuck in this maddening web of delays and excuses.

Thanks Tawni - I received the check today,so unless there's an issue with honoring the check I should be all set. If I decide to play again at Dreams or any other Virtual Group casino in the future I certainly hope I will have a better experience when withdrawing, I will give it a few days for the check to clear before closing this complaint.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this.

You'll be pleased to know that I had your payment sent off to our processor, already: 01/31 Paid $2311 for transaction #54686828. As you can see, there is a shortfall on the $2500--this is due to a bonus you've received (VIPBLACK (2 of 9999)(50 free spins) $188.70). All of our bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your withdrawal amount.

I would expect to have tracking for your payment, early next week--as soon as I have this, I'll be back to update this complaint.
