Unfairly closing my account and confiscating legitimate winnings


I was playing at this casino and won a jackpot in the game Gunslinger (126541 SEK).
It was at bonus money, i know the maximum bet is 50 SEK, i never ever bet more than 40 SEK.
I wagered the bonus and everything was fine.
I send in all documents needed and my account got verificated.

I deposited money whit skrill ( 150 SEK ).
They didn't want to pay out money to skrill and made many excuses.
They wanted me to deposit 150 SEK with my Mastercard.

I did that, they said i could take out my money direct.
But that is a lie, you need to wager the deposited amount at least one time.
I did that, and busted the support guy.
I won when i was wagering my 150 SEK and had after all around 129000 SEK.

They have a limit at 10000 SEK withdraw each week, it took my 4 weeks to get 20000 SEK.
Because they don't accept withdraws for around 70-90 hours. (They rules are 24-48 H)

When i made my 3rd withdraw they closed my account, in the chat they couldn't tell my anything.
I waited 5 days and got an email, they said that they closed my account for too high bet.
But the funny part is they say i made this the 25 August and on games i never played on their website.
I have never played since my big win.
And not on 25th August.
They are lying to me in the face.
You can't see game logs on your accounts. But in the Email i got they say they have logs for this.
The fact is they are making this up, just for not paying out my money.

I have proof for everything, screenshots from all chats, all winnings.
They have offered me more than 25 bonuses after my big win.
But i have read all rules really good and didn't do their cheap tricks.
All they want is that i make one mistake an loose my money.
But i never made any mistake so they made this up!

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Staybet Casino where it is clearly displayed that player's last login was on 25th of August and that he did play on the casino site. Player by these actions violated general term:

"Maximum allowed casino bet when wagering is €5 each bet or the equivalent in other currency per game and spin. Larger bets will lead to confiscation of the bonus assets, free spins and possible winnings made on bonus money. When fulfilling the wager requirement, the €5 max bet rule still applies up until all funds from the wagered bonus has been withdrawed, since these funds origins from the bonus. "

AskGamblers Complaints Team maintains zero tolerance towards player trying to abuse our complaints service and not using it in a good faith. Based on the above AskGamblers Complaints Team decided to reject the case and close it officially.

No further communication with the player shall be maintained on behalf our team.

I havent played on your site after my withdrawls started.
I havent played on your site for 50 SEK Bets anytime.

You don't have logs for me playing on your site www.staybet com after my withdrawls started.

If you have, you modified them.

The only thing i played after my win at your casino is demo money at another site.
Demo/ no account money.
That doesnt break any rules, it's like playing world of warcraft and ban me for that.

The only thing that can be logs of if you made a really dirty trick.. You got the logs from my fun money / no account plays at another site and modified them so it looks like i play on your site.

Anyways.
Im telling the truth and you know i do.
It's time for you to admit your ugly trick.

This case have been investigated and confirmed as bet abuse by various departments and providers. As previously mentioned bets have been confirmed with the game providers involved and all evidence has been provided to ask gamblers. This complaint has no basis at all.

The fact is that i have never played on your site after my withdraws started.
I did not play on the 25th august and on the game you mention in the email (dead or alive, twin spin, gonzos quest).

It's a lie from your side.
You don't want to pay out my money so you make this up.
Explain why you can't see your game logs on your account, and why the support doesn't give you any logs when you ask for it.
Kinda suspicious? Yes.

I hope you will show the real truth.
It's really bad advertisment for a new casino like you to trick persons who won a greater amount of money.

No payment, no response and now blocked
Hello! I am stil waiting for payment after now 36 days. On March 14th I requested a withdrawal for 6,900 SEK. After about 3-4 days I asked support if something was wrong and they told me that it wouldn't be processed and I had to wait until it returned to my account and then request another withdrawal. So I made a request for 6,000 (lost 900) and after about 3-4 days nothing had happened again. I asked the chat and he (David) told me it says it is pending but in reality it does nothing at all. Some bug he said. So again it returned to my account. If I hadn't asked why nothing had happened it would probably still be "pending" (doing nothing at all). However, I had to ask them to cancel in order to make a third withdrawal. After 3 days (and a few mails and chats) the money returned... I now made three withdrawals, trying some other "tactics" or whatever. They were for 5,000, and 600 (I lost 400). I lasked them the same day to cancel the 600 due to tilt... It returned 2 days later and i lost them. So 5,000 remaining. That one was pending for about 4-5 days before I asked them to cancel it. Again it till several days for the money to return. I decided to try this "one big-one small" - "tactics" again. So I made requested for the fourth time... Now for 4,000 and 1,000. I didn't have much hope because during all these weeks they claimed they had a lot to do and I had to wait for my turn, they had technichal issues, their partner responsible for withdrawals had problems, they are changing platform and so on. However, they told me every now and then that it would be procesed during the day day and sometimes that it was resolved and I would expect a payment. Nothing happened for 3-4 weeks up to that point, so I was chocked when I saw that the withdrawal for 1,000 no longer was pending. 4 days later it was banked. What is weird with this, is that the other request for 4,000 (that I made simultanuesly) never was processed. I checked the day after, and nothing was pending. So I thought they finally paid in full. However, the day after that the 4,000 was back as pending status. It has been like that for almost two weeks and the last thing I heard from them was Friday 13th when they told me their IT-group for their backoffice worked on the technical issues. That same day I noticed they have a new starting page. However, now I can't egen log in. It says "UserNotFoundException". Live chat doesn't work almost no games in demo mode works, forget password doesn't work and so on. And no info anywhere. I have mailed every day now any without response. I get the auto mails but they never reply. Is the site down? Bankrupt? Are they simply ignoring me forever now, blocked me from the account? Or is it actual tech problems that will be resolved? Today it has been 36 days in total. Will I ever get the money?
