Hi,
I asked livechat to get my account closed because of a gambling problem.
I was told i had to send an email to [email protected] explaining i wanted it locked, and to provide them with a picture of my id. And my phonenumber..
I did(19/06/27) and put a picture of my id and explained my problem to them. Its still not locked and ive lost money i really didnt aford to loose.
