Requested withdrawal of my funds and blocked my account

I played in this casino for about 2 months, KYS verification procedures, everything was fine. Then one fine day I made a deposit, lost a lot of money, and when I wanted to withdraw the rest of my money, when withdrawing personal funds in the amount of 2500 euros, my account was blocked, citing additional verification, I provided them with all the requested documents, about 300 days have already passed and there is no response from them. In technical support on the site, every time they write the same thing, that soon their top management will answer that they do not have the authority to solve such problems, but no one answers.
