Hello.

My account was successfully verified at 16th of November and since then for unknown reason they can’t process my withdrawal request. I emailed them numerous times and got relevant answer just one time at 20th of November ‘We are sorry for the delay and we are doing our best to process your withdrawal as soon as possible.

Our Payments team is aware of your pending withdrawal. Please be patient a little longer and we can assure you it will be processed soon and you will be emailed when it's done.‘ Since then they just ignore all my emails about this issue. I chatted few times via live chat and was told by agent 'I have already informed the related department and I am waiting for their reply. Please wait a little more!'...
