Delayed withdrawals for over 30 days

So, between 29th November 2021 and 3rd January I requested 5 withdrawals of which 4 are marked as cancelled but they explained to me that payments will be released manually and money was deducted from my balance, and one (from 3rd January) which is still pending. Total amount of money from this four requests is 3202€.

The last answer I received was on 9th and since then their support ignores my emails. Live chat agents don't provide me any specific information, just that my funds will be transferred soon and that they will transfer my issue to the Technical and Payments team.

It's important to me to solve this case.

I didn't receive any funds from casino360 as they previously informed so I asked askgamblers support to reopen this complaint.

I received a reply from Casino360 Payments Team with information that all my requested withdrawals will be processed within the
next 48 hours, so I truly belive that will keep the promise. Thank you for resolving this case.

Requested withdrawal of my funds and blocked my account

I played in this casino for about 2 months, KYS verification procedures, everything was fine. Then one fine day I made a deposit, lost a lot of money, and when I wanted to withdraw the rest of my money, when withdrawing personal funds in the amount of 2500 euros, my account was blocked, citing additional verification, I provided them with all the requested documents, about 300 days have already passed and there is no response from them. In technical support on the site, every time they write the same thing, that soon their top management will answer that they do not have the authority to solve such problems, but no one answers.

Bank transfer payment never made it to my account

Everything below is factually true and backed up by evidence.

Over a month ago I requested €100 withdrawal from from Casino 360 via bank transfer. The money was pending for over a week. After chasing on email and chat someone finally got back to me and said the money needed to be manually transferred. The casino claim this was done successfully from their side, however it never made it to my bank. I believe due to the money not being sent in EUROS as it was not taken in EUROS when I deposited.

I then over the course of 3 weeks requested the remaining balance be sent via Skrill. The company ignored this request for two weeks and came back saying their company cannot do skrill withdrawals. You will see however from my evidence this is factually untrue. I have received skrill withdrawals from their sister sites (same company) no issue. So their company can do skrill withdrawals.

They do not offer card withdrawals (even though they let you deposit) via card, The withdrawals they have claimed to send manually have never reached my bank. Their company DOES and has sent me skrill withdrawals, so I need askgamblers to help me mediate and get the casino to send my remaining balance back to my skrill account (which has been verified).

E Transfer Deposit Cancelled by support waiting 2 weeks for a reply on Refund

I deposited 200 into my account on this casino on the 24th through E transfer and Deposited took too long so the support agent cancelled the deposit and 1 Day Later it went through. I contacted support and the agent told me multiple times that I would receive a Refund in 1- 5 Business days. 5 Days Later No Refund contact support again and they forwarded it to the payment department and I haven't received any word yet on my Refund.

Pending withdrawal for more than 10 days

Hi askgamblers team,

I have a withdrawal "problem" with casino 360. I placed a withdrawal request - 113€ - on 8th february (see attached) and the casino keeps stalling it. Every time i contact them, Live chat says that they are experiencing "technical issues" and as soon as they "resolve this matter", they will process my withdrawal. They do not give me any clear explanation, a solution or a withdrawal alternative... I need some help with this situation.

Delayed payments

Hello.

My account was successfully verified at 16th of November and since then for unknown reason they can’t process my withdrawal request. I emailed them numerous times and got relevant answer just one time at 20th of November ‘We are sorry for the delay and we are doing our best to process your withdrawal as soon as possible.

Our Payments team is aware of your pending withdrawal. Please be patient a little longer and we can assure you it will be processed soon and you will be emailed when it's done.‘ Since then they just ignore all my emails about this issue. I chatted few times via live chat and was told by agent 'I have already informed the related department and I am waiting for their reply. Please wait a little more!'...
