Won't pay me my 16 600€ winnings


I deposited 250€ on 14.7. 2016. I also took a 50% bonus that was available on my cashier. Later I forfeited this bonus because I started to win immediately with my own money and never touched that bonus. (Slottyvegas offers this option if you win with your own money. So actually all winnings came from my own real money and bonus was never touched) I won little over 16 600€ ( don’t have the exact amount cause they closed my account later and never wrote it down)

Then I got into problems and slottyvegas told me that they don’t pay me any of my winnings. They just returned my deposit on 18.7. and closed my account.

Also got info from their support about my confiscated winnings. 2 reasons why they cancelled it all:
They say that I wasnt suppose to get that bonus at all because I haven’t got any email about it first.
Other reason that they gave is that our household has 2 accounts and its against their t/c.

My household has 2 accounts on their site (mine and my husbands).Both accounts are 100% KYC- verified by their support earlier. Also they have confirmed to us earlier that its all ok to have those 2 account and both can play without no restrictions. Both of us have always got every single withdrawal from them without no problems at all. Suddenly now that I got those major winnings they changed their policy and told me that I had broke their t/c though all was fine in the past. So until this case they allowed us both to play but now with this major winnings seems that they just changed their minds without any grounds and just kept my money.

Underneath is my proof and evidence that imo shows that they got to pay me my winnings:
I also found another player who used this same bonus ( This same 50% deposit bonus was available for big amount of players) and also he didn’t get any email about it. And he also forfeited it as I did and made a succesfull cashout for his winnings. If needed I have got permission from him that his account details can be used as evidence on this case. So I don’t understand that how can Slottyvegas treat players differently because t/c is same for all.

Also I managed to find few other players who had got confirmation earlier from Slottyvegas that everytime there is bonus visible on accounts cashier, its ok to use it. There is a chat- screenshot also showing this.

There is also a chat-screenshot attached that shows that Slottyvegas really allows more that 1 account for same household.

Here is also a screenshot that shows how to choose a bonus from casinos cashier if it is available. In my case I chose 50% bonus. On screenshot-example there is only “welcome-bonus”. This is just to show how their system works in generally.

So in my point of view there is really no grounds at all for Slottyvegas to keep my money and they should pay it to me asap!

This complaint comes here with little delay cause I have tried to deal with it elsewhere but I haven’t got any help yet.

After a careful review and analysis of all details and proofs presented by both sides within the course of the complaints process AskGamblers Complaints Team reached to the conclusion that the confiscation of player's winnings was justified and in compliance with the casino terms and conditions and namely rule #5.6:

"In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of Slotty Vegas. Slotty Vegas may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person."

While we totally understand how frustrating for the affected player could be having their winnings confiscated, AskGamblers Complaints Team remains adamant on the position that rules are set for a good reason and must be followed no matter what. Despite the fact that player presented a screenshot of a chat transcript where a casino representative gave a green light for both accounts registered under the same household to keep playing, we believe this was done with the presumption that both players are using the casino in a good faith and abiding all the relevant rules, fact which later has been refuted by the player with their attempt to benefit form a particular casino offer in unfair means.

Based on all the above the case is considered resolved in favor of the casino operator and officially closed.

Withdrawal of €2,500 still not received since January 12th

I requested two withdrawals at Slotty Vegas casino as far back as the 5th January 2021.

Due to verification issues and then issues withdrawing onto a credit card, my withdrawals were gradually processed on 12th January 2021. This is shown in my payments history on Slotty Vegas website. I have attached a screenshot showing this.

My withdrawals had to be split into two seperate payments (2500 Euro is the max withdrawal you can do in one transaction on the site.) So I requested two separate withdrawals, one for 2500 Euro & one for 700 Euro's. These were both requested as bank transfers, and were both requested using identical, exactly the same bank details. Same number, same account, same name, same swift code etc.

January 14th an email was received from Slotty Vegas confirming payment of the 2500 Euro Withdrawal to my bank account. Jan 22nd an email was received from Slotty Vegas confirming payment of the 700 Euro Withdrawal to my bank account. Both emails I have attached.

Despite the 700 Euro withdrawal, being processed 6 days after the 2500 Euro one. I received this money in my bank with absolutely no issues, 4 days later on the 25th January 2021. it took only 4 working days to arrive, which is standard timeframe I find for bank transfers here in New Zealand. I have attached a screenshot of my bank transactions showing the 700 Euro arriving via bank international transfer from 'Maxtent Limited'. ($1136 NZD which is what I was paid converts to roughly 700 Euro)

As of todays date, which is 7th February 2021, I still have not received the 2500 Euro withdrawal. This is despite, it being processed before the 700 Euro one, back on January 14th. 24 Days ago now.

I have been regularly emailing Slotty Vegas on almost a daily basis, asking for updates and for them to clarify where the 2500 Euro is? At first they kept telling me to be patient, and would give me times frames /dates to wait. Again I've attached all email correspondence for you to read through.

On Friday 29th January, Slotty Vegas emailed me telling me that they had received confirmation from the payment provider that withdrawal was processed, and they were 'certain' the funds would show in my bank within 24-48 Hours. This was not the case. Email Attached

On 31st January 2021 Slotty Vegas emailed me confirming they had entered the correct bank details and that the 2500 Euro withdrawal was definitely paid into same bank account as the 700 Euro one I received. I was also told to wait a further 36 Hours. Email attached.

On Feb 1st 2021, Slotty Vegas emailed me again, this time again confirming payment being processed and they were 'quite sure' money would be with me soon. And that a bank tracer has to organized.

My final email back was received on Feb 4th 2021. I requested that Slotty Vegas reprocess this withdrawal ASAP, as obviously something has gone horribly wrong here. I also requested they also show me proof of withdrawal, and that they can prove they sent it to the correct bank account/ bank details

The reply I got said they will not be reprocessing and they now have to wait for funds to return to there account before they pay me again. I have still not received the proof of payment I requested, which I wanted so I could show you when I raise the complaint. My major concerns here are It's now been 26 days and I still have not received the 2500 Euro withdrawal. I am also concerned that Slotty Vegas have not made the withdrawal correctly, since the 700 Euro withdrawal was processed smoothly without any issues or delay

I'm also concerned this could drag on for weeks/ if not months, If I have to wait the the money to return to there bank. As far I know they could have processed incorrectly, as someone else has my winnings.

My final concern in no-one I speak to whether in live chat, or by email has an idea how to solve the problem, and no-one can give me a timeframe. It seem to be forever changing, and its like they are waiting for the funds to miraculously show in my account 1 month later?

I am more than happy to give any more evidence you require. Please ask if you need anything else from me.

I just want to receive my 2500 Winnings, as its now getting to close to a month since I first requested.

Fabricating excuses to confiscate legitimate winnings

I live in Estonia, I am aware of some gambling restrictions, some websites restrict me from access and some allows me. I joined Slotty Vegas and selected Estonia from the drop down. I deposited 3 times in the first week and lost, in the second week i deposited and run my balance upto €2000 and cashed out. At this point Slotty Vegas closed my account and said I used a VPN, I did not use a VPN, i don't know how to. So I've told them its a mistake and prove it and they refuse to.

I used an affiliate to join called Classybeef, I spent many hours watching their Twitch Stream and they heavily promote Slotty Vegas on the Channel. So when i asked them for help Espen from Classybeef told me the case is closed because i am not allowed to play at Slotty Vegas due to "Government Rules in Estonia". Yes its a tricky subject for Online Gambling here i Estonia but sometimes its ok and I've successfully played and won at other online sites. There is nothing in Slotty Vegas terms to say I was not allowed to play, and like i said they have Estonia in the drop down selection upon registration. Other country's are not available in this dropdown like the UK for example but Estonia was. I explained Slotty Vegas allowed me to deposit 4 times in 2 weeks, and they made the decision, not my Government, to close my account and offer me just one deposit refund. They took the decision to allow Estonian Players to join. Why do so if its a problem? Espen said I must of used a VPN to get around the Government restrictions but this is not true, my internet provider allowed me to access the Slotty Vegas.

I have to question Slotty Vegas intentions to have Estonia in the drop down if they believe the Government doesn't want you to play. I also am concerned about Classybeef who receive 40% in commission on anyone's losses who they to refer to any Casino. I trusted Classybeef but for Espen to just say Slotty Vegas is allowed to keep my deposits and winnings because i shouldn't be playing but they let me play is absurd. I also question how Twitch allows these slot streamers to gain massively from these channels with direct deals to the Casinos they are promoting but thats another story. Hopefully you guys here can look into this and make things right.
