I'm trying to cash out my $849 of $6,000 winnings. I understand the cash out amount regulations. What I don't understand is the payout being only in Bitcoin. I have to set up a Bitcoin account and submit funds into said account in order to set it up. I'm 74 years old and find it very difficult to learn new things. I asked a question of Bitcoin... They responded with we are busy and will answer in 3 business days. I ask the casino support person Dean how Bitcoin works. He stated I'm sorry I can't help you.
