Deposited £2300. It transpired that I had a self excluded account at another White Hat site. Fair enough, account closed with a balance of £2304. They still have my deposit and balance, and are refusing to tell me when it will be returned. I get the same non committal answer every time I ask. They are a disgrace, thieves. They have both my balance and deposits. Support are a joke, won't tell me when I will get my money back, or if I will at all.
