I have made a withdrawal totalling £300 which hasn’t been paid 4 weeks down the line I am still awaiting for my payment. Multiple times I have got in contact to be told the same thing every time. I need the ARN numbers which they are obviously refusing to give me as it’s been 3 weeks since I have requested them. Customer service always says the same thing.

I need help to resolve this issue

I am just going to let this one ride out and have faith that I will receive the ARN numbers so my bank can track this as I was told payment was sent but after 3 weeks of no ARN transaction numbers I am becoming increasingly concerned and other players out there must be warned. I hold an account on social media with a rather large following, I will be realising information based on my experience on your site and hopefully it pushes people away from it if this doesn’t get solved: just get the ARN numbers sorted!

So this is becoming a joke it’s been nearly a whole month and no response from any department operating this casino, all I can say is stay well away from this place! Do not fall victim to this scam website! They hold a licence that’s going to be taken away from them soon! This is just a brief update on what my bank have told me and the response I get is the same old as every other time I’ve got in contact. Nothing is being done and I feel sorry for all the players out there who are falling for this just like myself. They’re laughing at us and the gambling commission needs to see that this place isn’t operating how a casino should be, it’s £300 not £30,000 Why is this taking so long to be resolved. I’ll attack documents of my latest chat and show you what my bank have discovered regarding this matter.

!!!!!!!More of the chat after being on there for 45 minutes I get told this right at the end. Shambles of a casino, they told me in previous chats “get back to us before 12” this site and scam needs wiping off existence! DO NOT put your money through here!!!!!!

THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WITH NO REASONS AS TO WHY. I thought this place would help me get to the bottom of this. I’ve verified myself fully and this is what happens. They owe me £300 still no response whatsoever
