I won £6,700 playing the slots with Casimba. I withdrew my money on the 18th and was told on the 20th that my account was ‘verified’.
Please see my attachments.
However my money still remains in the Casimba balance. I have asked nearly daily on live chat and they keep saying it will be processed, but it never does.
I’m stating to think that they do not have the money to pay me...

Regarding your case, we draw your attention to Clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions https://www.casimba.com/en/terms which confirm "No withdrawal will be processed and funds cannot be withdrawn from your account until: (i) Verification Checks have been satisfactorily completed; (ii) payments have been confirmed; and (iii) you have complied with any other withdrawal conditions, specific rules and promotional terms relating to your use of the Website and/or affecting your account (for example, any applicable bonus terms). Please note that Verification Checks include checks on your identity, age and place of residence."
We note that the relevant checks have since been concluded and your funds were processed on 26 July 2019.
