I deposited £200 at Casimba casino, did not take a bonus, so I was only wagering using 100% of funds I had deposited, from this money i won £4000. The casino is refusing payment as they say I am in breach of clause 13. This clause relates to winning whilst using bonus funds. Without a bonus accepted or active it is impossible for me to be in breach of clause 13.
I have screen shots of my entire history from deposit to withdrawal if these are required to view and these clearly show no active bonus from time of deposit to time of withdrawal.
They have offered me some "good will funds" of £200 and £100 which I do not want to accept.
Once the withdrawal request was made, later that same day, I deposited a further £100 and took a bonus on this deposit. I then proceeded to wager all of these funds with the casino and make no withdrawals.
