First declined withdrawal without any reason, then added it back as bonus with unknown wagering

Hi! On 21-Jan-18 i have made a deposit 10 euro via paysafe card without using any bonuses( I didn't had any) i won about 250 euros and let them for next day. On 22-Jan-18 i saw my money on Bonus Money Balance without a reason. I made a complaint first by email. In Live Chat they said unreasonable excuses like: It was from previous bonuses etc. Now i have 200 euro in Bonus Money Balance, i can’t even wager because the progress bar stays 0 % no matter how much i play.
When i told them in Live Chat they kept me waiting for a long time and after sent me an email that my issue has been forwarded further to our relevant team for checking...
I am still waiting without any news from them...

Based on player's last post it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been played and lost by the player. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.

They sent me an email today that i had delayed game rounds. These rounds were played before but did not play out and credit until later...
So I suppose this means their system messed up!
I asked again how can i withdrawal my winnings and the answer was:
Thank you for your email.
You can use the chips you had left after this to make bets only, no wager and you can not withdraw them.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
So i have spent my winnings now and i will stay away from this casino. I don't trust them anymore.
