Staybet Casino - Cant play on site and they have my money

i joined staybet a few months back and played and didnt win but thought i would try again today as i got a email with 100% slot bonus offer. This is where the problems started
I went to load up a game and it said it cant be played in the uk this happened on every slot game i tried. I then contacted live support to ask for my deposit to be returned as i cant actually use the site due to being in the united kingdom he told me to withdraw the money but i couldn't due to the 100% slot bonus that was in my account he removed the bonus so i had my £20 left in my account that i deposited. I then tried to withdraw this only to be told this The transaction is below the minimum amount, please try with a new amount. Live chat then said he could no longer help me and to contact via email then he rudely ended the live chat. So now they have my £20 that i cant use or withdraw and its just sitting in my account. I also cant understand why they are sending me emails or why they accepted my deposit when i can no longer due to area restriction play on their casino

Im sorry that you got in this situation where you can not play our games, unfortunately some restrictions follows depending on licensing and we can not at the moment offer casino games to customers in the UK. However even though you felt the customer support agent rudely closed the chat on you he did ask you to email [email protected] so that the payments department could help you directly. I can also see that you have been in contact with the payments department and that they have asked for payment details to process a bank transfer. The information has not yet been sent so we have not been able to process the payment. I dont see a reason to keep this complaint open since the problem is not with Staybet, only not sending the correct transfer details requested as per email.

The correct bank details were sent yesterday morning and the money still sits in my account over 24hours later. So i think this complaint can be left open until the money has been returned to my bank dont you?

The money has arrived in my account. Thanks for your help. I still do not understand why they accepted a payment from the UK when you can not access their site tho.
