Changing terms to avoid paying an advertised bonus
On 25/12/15 I received an email from BoylesCasino offering a £100 bonus for wagering £1000 on slots in their casino. The terms were as follows:
Simply Opt In and play ANY Slot at BoyleSports Casino between 00:00 GMT Friday 25.12.2015-23:59 GMT Monday 28.12.2015 to receive a CASH bonus up to £/€100! The more you stake, you more you earn!

• General BoyleSports Casino terms and conditions apply.
I duly completed the wagering on 25/12/15. I then logged in to my account on 29/12/15 to find that I had a message from Boyles Casino advising that they had changed the terms on 27/12/15 at 11am and the terms came into effect immediately from that point. As I had already completed the wagering based on the original terms prior to the change, I fully expected a £100 bonus to be paid. However, Boyle Casino have only awarded £10 and despite my questions as to why I have not been paid the bonus owed, they have resorted to ignoring my emails and disconnecting me from their live chat system.
This is an incredibly underhand tactic. I completed the wagering of £1000 on 25/12/15 fully expecting the £100 bonus. Boyles changed their terms on 27/12/15 with no notification of the change. The change in terms do not apply to me as per Boyles own terms regarding the introduction of new T&C's (they apply immediately and not retrospectively). I have attempted to contact them by email and LC and am being ignored and cut off. Disgraceful behaviour!
