Intried to withdrawal on a number of occasions and was stuffed around every single time saying I had not given sufficient identification after I had this happened on 3 occasions, after I had given more than sufficient identification and on the fourth time I was told my request was denied because I got it on a free bonus, which to me personally was another stuff around because i would have been told this from the get go. And I 110% fully know I deposited my own money, I think this casino has their facts 110% wrong because I deposited my own money which I won money with, I completed any bonus balance to cash balance which equalled to $3029.00 AUD. I'm making this complaint due to unfair and inappropriate action taken by the box24 casino.

We have checked the account in question and found that the customer received a free bonus that he played and made a withdrawal request with.
While his winnings were in pending, the customer made a deposit and also played it down right away. He then proceeded to cashing out his initial winnings that were issued from the free bonus, out of which the Accounting team approved 100, as per the customer's SIlver VIP level, while the system deducted the rest of the non-cashable balance.
