Having trouble with box 24. Was in contact thru email but recently the have ceased all communication and they have no phone support. I have attached emails between myself and box 24 that i hope you find helpful. I still am unsure of what the exact problem is but all they have said is due to violation of house rules i cant access my account and that the money i have will be deposited into my bank account. Which hasn't been done and now they just wont reply to me at all.
