I have a verified account at Bob Casino and already made several withdrawals, which were usually processed within 2 days.

Now my latest withdrawals are stuck for over a week and still pending. I already contacted the support twice, but they only told me to wait and that they forwarded my request to the payment department. The payment department never replied and no one can give me an approximation of when I can expect my money.

It's a shame their support can't handle this and they are forcing me to come here and try to resolve this.

Your cashout was under review with the game provider, sometimes it can take over 2 weeks.
At this moment the provider conformed that the winnings are legit, and the cashouts are being processed accordingly to the casino terms and conditions.

It looks like 4000€ are being processed right now and the remaining 3254,5€ were cancelled because of the daily withdrawal limit.
But if I can withdraw the rest tomorrow, that's fine with me.

If my account is under review and that could take weeks, why don't you send me an E-Mail?
Or have your support tell me that?
I have the feeling that my withdrawals would still be stuck, if I didn't open a complaint here.
