Hello dear askgamblers members! I registered at bobcasino.com and took a first deposit bonus. I was wagering this bonus about 12 hours and made a withdrawal of 8,500 rubles. I was waiting for my winnings about 4 hours and after that I got a letter that my withdraw request was canceled. I asked support what happened and received an answer that one of my bets was bigger than max amount for this bonus. I asked to send me my bet history and they said that I can see it in my account. I can see only last 100 bets in my account and I asked them to send me bet history to my email and they denied my request I asked them again and they promissed me to send it. I did not get bet history and submit a complaint at latest­cas­ino­bon­uses.ru they did not accept it and I decided to submit a complaint at Your site. I attach screenshots of cashier and history of bets. I hope YOu will help me.

the following paragraph from our T&C was breached -
"1b. When the bonus is active, your bet can’t exceed 300 RUB / 5 EUR / 5 USD / 50 SEK / 50 NOK / 6.5 CAD / 6.5 NZD / 20 PLN / 125 CZK (unless something else is mentioned in special bonuses)"
