Bob Casino - Payment that should be instant are now pending for a week

I requested my first payment using Idebit 10 days ago and right after the ID verification was completed, I got my money instantly as it's stated on the casino website for Idebit payments.

Couple of days later, I request two more payments (1802$ and 402$ - both Canadian dollars) using the same method. First, they were pending but I could recall them for two and a half day. Now, for the last four days, they're still pending but I can't recall them.

I contacted the support via chat and I've been told different things every time for the last 5 days (1. Everything is normal we process them in order we receive them we'll get in touch via email if anything is needed. 2. It will be processed soon just wait, we've got some technical issues with processing of withdrawals, we'll try to solve them as soon as possible. 3. Hello, as I can see at the moment there is some technical issues with your cashout, you need wait till financial department will fix that. Sorry for the inconvenience! Hope all will be fixed as soon as it is possible!
Technical issues it that your payment is stuck and need to be refreshed , but it takes time till financial department will fix that! I am sorry, but I am not possible to do it for you!).

I was also contacted from Ilona a VIP manager not regarding that matter. I asked her to look into it. She told me last Thursday that the Financial Department is working hard to solve this maximally fast. She'd get in touch when there will be new information. No news since.

I'm just looking for a straight answer and a time frame on when i'll get my two payments.
