Betsson Casino and BML Group unfair at responsible gambling

So basically I was self excluded from a site owned by BML Group called Eurocasino. I am also self excluded from Harrycasino and Mrsmith casino which are all part of this group. Today I opened an account with Betsson and gambled £710 which they say they cant refund because each site has it's own exclusion procedure and they are unable to see other sites information. Surely if you are banned with one in their group they must know you are a gambler and not allow you to open other sites with them? Can you please investigate this for me.

Yes they replied to my email i Leanne,

We take gaming very responsibly and your account has been closed on a permanent basis on Betsson.com.

As you never been a player with Betsson before until you created this account with registered email address: leyanp­ark­@ya­hoo.co.uk. There is no possibility for us to remove the option for you to register with us.

I'm very sorry to hear that you express these feelings but when you choose to self exclude yourself on your account this is solely on that particular account.

For a permanent account closure. You would need to contact us to provide us with the information to be able to close your account for you. Please note that this has now been done for you.

We take responsible gaming very seriously but in the end, it is your responsibility not to create an account with us.

We are unable to refund you of any money deposited as you have used and played for these.

I am still unhappy with the response as although I had never been a play with Betsson I have been self excluded from other BML Group sites as stated above. They should be responsible and check email addresses across their system
