Blazebet withholding funds for a unreasonable time

My withdrawal has been pending for 9 days and the casino has a 24 hours processing time according to their TOS. Support and VIP manager keep saying everything is ok, but no explanation for the delay. I see most other complaints are about the same issue. I dont if it is some tactic to make users play away the funds while waiting as it stays in the same wallet and main balance after a withdrawal has been made.

Pending withdrawal issue

I’m filing a complaint against Blazebet casino as of today 31/07/26 my withdrawal has been pending over 4 days.
This all started on Friday 24/07/26. I deposited and proceeded to win €3.5K and made an initial withdrawal to crypto for 1k. Emailed straight away asking for Id which I uploaded straight away and account was fully verified next day. I carried on playing and finished on nearly 14.5K Next day I tried to make another withdrawal but only 1 withdrawal at a time is aloud. Spoke with support who advised me they could cancel first withdrawal and I could withdraw a larger amount. I also asked support was it ok to withdraw to crypto as I deposited by bank card, they said it was, so I withdrew €5K on the 25/07/26. On the 28/07/27 I received an email asking me to make a fiat withdrawal and my crypto one would be cancelled. I went to withdraw by fiat( bank card I deposited with) and then found the maximum withdrawal is €2K. Withdrew €2K and this has been pending since, it’s now the 31/07/26.
As of Today my balance is €15K and I’m waiting on a €2K withdrawal.
Some points to note: No bonus was taken with any deposit. They state no maximum withdrawal when it’s actually €2k for banks/bank cards. When you withdraw your withdrawal stays in your balance so you don’t even need to cancel it to play it.
I’ve spoken with support on countless occasions during this and all I get is the generic answers, no help.

Pending withdrawal issue

Hello,

I am submitting this complaint regarding a €100 withdrawal requested on May 18th, which is still pending.

My account is fully verified and I have already completed all requested verification steps. However, despite the casino advertising fast withdrawal processing times, my payment is still marked as “in process”.

I contacted customer support several times and only received general responses without any clear timeframe for the payment.

I would simply like clarification regarding the status of my withdrawal and for the payment to be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and emails if needed.

Always delayed payment

On 24.01.2026, I requested a withdrawal from Blazebet Casino in the amount of €2,000. My winnings have still not been paid, and more than 60 hours have passed since the request, even though the website states that payments are processed within 24 hours.
I contacted the support team to ask whether there is any issue with my account or with the payment. Each time, their response has been the same: “There is no problem, checks are being carried out, and you will receive your payment very soon.” My account is fully verified, and I have checked all my personal details to make sure there are no errors.
I contact the support team several times every day, but they do not provide any meaningful or up-to-date information. I feel quite concerned that I may not receive my winnings. I have read many comments online, and other players have reported experiencing the same problem.
Please take action and look into my case.

I spent the whole day messaging them to ask for updates

Good afternoon. I played at this casino and deposited a total of around €500–600 over time. I decided to withdraw €150 via cryptocurrency. I submitted the withdrawal request, waited an hour, but the money didn’t arrive. I contacted customer support, and they told me the funds would be credited within 24 hours.

I spent the whole day messaging them to ask for updates. At first, they said they had sent a request to a special department, but somehow no one there was responding. Because of this, I consider this casino very shady. I honestly don’t even know if I’ll get my money back, so I strongly do not recommend it.

EUR 850 withdrawal delayed

Dear Askgamblers, Dear BlazeBet,

I initiated a withdrawal on the 8th of January 2026 at 13:15 at BlazeBet Casino. My account was verified, but I got an email that I need to upload my IDs with a selfie, which I did immediately. It was accepted. I've read the reputation and the comments on the casino, also read the T&C, and wasn't worried until the next day, when the 24 hours (stated in the T&C) passed. After that, I've asked the support if there is any problem on either side. They reassured me that there was nothing wrong; it just takes more time, and it is being checked by their payment provider. OK, no problem, let's wait some more. I even wrote a letter, but got the same info. I need to wait more.

Now it's over 5 days, but still nothing. I've asked the support again, but got the same reply. It'll be done soon; I need more patience, but without anything specific, which is pretty concerning, especially as this is my first withdrawal from this site after depositing over 4x this withdrawal amount.

Despite all these, the support is trying to be very nice and supportive, and the site is nice, but after this, I'm thinking about if it's a good idea to gamble again on this site, as what is the guarantee that this won't happen again...

Account closed and winnings not payed

To clarify the story i would like to add:
- my account was fully verified
- when i lost they had no problem doing my withdraw
- had no bonus active at all
- used the same card as always
- withdraw on the card i deposited like i did before
Won 750 euro from my 715 deposit, wagered the money as it is told in the terms, got mail that they found comparable to fraudulent breach of terms and that they will permanently close my account and refund my deposit (nothing else, a date or anything), i responded with a mail in which i asked for more details, which they did not answer, i contacted them in live chat, the transcript wasnt sent to my email, they always did send it, this time they didnt, they told me they cant tell me more, only that i broke a term in deposits/withdraw category, i checked them all one by one, found nothing, they told me the games i played had nothing to do with this, so i win, they take my money, close my account, dont tell me why, just i broke a term but you gotta know it yourself, if they want to refund me when i win, then refund me all the times i lost aswell, cause i did nothing different, i won instead of losing, or give me the withdraw with the win and then close my account, also i havent played ever on any other sister casino to blazebet, the ones owned by the same company.

Withdrawal delayed 101 EUR

Created an account, fully verified myself, talked in chat multiple times if everything is allright and asked about withdrawal times.

I was told (as you can see in the attachment) that withdrawals take "usually" 1 hour for cards. I did a withdrawal on the same card after wagering more than 1x my balance (checked the terms, so this can not be the issue).

This happened on 1st December around 4 am GMT+2, so I thought I would have received it when I woke up in the morning, but I didn't.

I thought this was just a simple delay, but here I am, 3 and a half days after being told every time that I have to wait.

I've also attached their own term, which says they will process withdrawals in 24 hours max.

My withdrawal is still processing, so it didn't even pass the first step.

This is not really related, but their transaction/bet history is visible only after the day you made the bets/transactions, so I had to wait 1 day only to see my withdrawal.
