Pending withdrawal issue
Hello,
I am submitting this complaint regarding a €100 withdrawal requested on May 18th, which is still pending.
My account is fully verified and I have already completed all requested verification steps. However, despite the casino advertising fast withdrawal processing times, my payment is still marked as “in process”.
I contacted customer support several times and only received general responses without any clear timeframe for the payment.
I would simply like clarification regarding the status of my withdrawal and for the payment to be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
I can provide screenshots of my conversations and emails if needed.
