Payout delays
In Blazebet, I’ve lost thousands of euros. I’m a vip player, and I’ve got a vip manager who has told me that I’m promised faster withdrawals. The funny thing is that this manager’s email is now deleted.. So anyway, the first time I made a withdrawal, it was accepted momentarily, and the money was in my bank account in 5 minutes.
Now it's the second time I’m withdrawing 225€, and I've waited almost 4 days with no progress.
I was told by support that crypto would be much faster, so I cancelled my request. When I tried making a new request by crypto, they told me the other request has not been cancelled by their team, so I need to wait. I played some games, and my balance doubled, so after that I made a new request.
But there is another problem - the withdrawal takes a lot of time again.
One of the support agents lied to me (don’t know which one). One of them told me the process is fully automated, so I need to wait for the list of people before me, and then it’s my turn. The other support agent told me there’s no automatic system and actual people are looking through the requests.
I messaged them like 40 times these days, and they all say they’ve forwarded my request, but there are no consequences later on. If it were true, someone would’ve accepted my request faster.
They’re copy-pasting almost the same answers and don’t want to give me any actual information because in their Terms and Conditions it’s not stated that it’s okay to wait for days.
My profile is fully verified, and I’ve canceled all bonuses. That money is with my deposit and my winnings.
