I spent the whole day messaging them to ask for updates

Good afternoon. I played at this casino and deposited a total of around €500–600 over time. I decided to withdraw €150 via cryptocurrency. I submitted the withdrawal request, waited an hour, but the money didn’t arrive. I contacted customer support, and they told me the funds would be credited within 24 hours.

I spent the whole day messaging them to ask for updates. At first, they said they had sent a request to a special department, but somehow no one there was responding. Because of this, I consider this casino very shady. I honestly don’t even know if I’ll get my money back, so I strongly do not recommend it.
