Dear Blazebet Casino,
On 24.01.2026, I requested a withdrawal from Blazebet Casino in the amount of €2,000. My winnings have still not been paid, and more than 60 hours have passed since the request, even though the website states that payments are processed within 24 hours.
I contacted the support team to ask whether there is any issue with my account or with the payment. Each time, their response has been the same: “There is no problem, checks are being carried out, and you will receive your payment very soon.” My account is fully verified, and I have checked all my personal details to make sure there are no errors.
I contact the support team several times every day, but they do not provide any meaningful or up-to-date information. I feel quite concerned that I may not receive my winnings. I have read many comments online, and other players have reported experiencing the same problem.
Please take action and look into my case.

Last time, it took 13 days to receive the funds—they only arrived after I filed a complaint here. Well, I’ve made another withdrawal, and the promised 24-hour turnaround isn't holding true. I’m getting the same promises from customer service as last time, so, unfortunately, I have to file another complaint.

Withdrawal pending for 13 days

Dear AskGamblers,

I hope you can help me.

I made a request for a payout of 3000DKK on October 9th.

After a week with nothing happening and a lot of communication with customer service, I received an e-mail that I could make a withdrawal request. The VIP manager said this was due to problems with their payment provider.

So last Friday, on the 16th of October. October, I made a new request that has currently been pending for 6 days. This is far beyond acceptable compared to industry standards and much longer than their 24-hour promise. The answers I get from customer service differ each time: "it is busy", "they handhold every payout", "review", and the newest one I got yesterday: "they have a problem with their payment provider".

I take screenshots every day to document that the money is there.

This is all a bit strange. Could you please help me?

I am filing a complaint regarding my €506 withdrawal, which has been pending since 16 October with no updates.

According to the casino’s Terms and Conditions, the review time is 24 hours, yet this timeframe has already been exceeded without any explanation or progress.

I request that the casino process my withdrawal as soon as possible and provide a clear update on the status of my funds.

I put in my withdrawal on 11th of september and i still haven't received my money as 18th of october. I have asked the support chat multiple times, why it's taking so long but its always the same response about it being their number one priority but nothing ever happens.

Withholding my funds

This is the second time i need to make a complaint for tis casino. They advertise with 24 hour withdrawal. Even after wagering more than 300 000 euros in the casino and climbing to the VIP ranks the withdrawal takes 10 days+++.

Disputed amount is 12000 NOK. I also have another 23000 NOK in my wallet that I will withdraw after this one. They have a one withdrawal at the time policy - imagen having that and taking so long per withdrawal.

Payout delays

In Blazebet, I’ve lost thousands of euros. I’m a vip player, and I’ve got a vip manager who has told me that I’m promised faster withdrawals. The funny thing is that this manager’s email is now deleted.. So anyway, the first time I made a withdrawal, it was accepted momentarily, and the money was in my bank account in 5 minutes.

Now it's the second time I’m withdrawing 225€, and I've waited almost 4 days with no progress.

I was told by support that crypto would be much faster, so I cancelled my request. When I tried making a new request by crypto, they told me the other request has not been cancelled by their team, so I need to wait. I played some games, and my balance doubled, so after that I made a new request.

But there is another problem - the withdrawal takes a lot of time again.

One of the support agents lied to me (don’t know which one). One of them told me the process is fully automated, so I need to wait for the list of people before me, and then it’s my turn. The other support agent told me there’s no automatic system and actual people are looking through the requests.

I messaged them like 40 times these days, and they all say they’ve forwarded my request, but there are no consequences later on. If it were true, someone would’ve accepted my request faster.

They’re copy-pasting almost the same answers and don’t want to give me any actual information because in their Terms and Conditions it’s not stated that it’s okay to wait for days.

My profile is fully verified, and I’ve canceled all bonuses. That money is with my deposit and my winnings.

Blazebet withholding funds for a unreasonable time

My withdrawal has been pending for 9 days and the casino has a 24 hours processing time according to their TOS. Support and VIP manager keep saying everything is ok, but no explanation for the delay. I see most other complaints are about the same issue. I dont if it is some tactic to make users play away the funds while waiting as it stays in the same wallet and main balance after a withdrawal has been made.

Pending withdrawal issue

I’m filing a complaint against Blazebet casino as of today 31/07/26 my withdrawal has been pending over 4 days.
This all started on Friday 24/07/26. I deposited and proceeded to win €3.5K and made an initial withdrawal to crypto for 1k. Emailed straight away asking for Id which I uploaded straight away and account was fully verified next day. I carried on playing and finished on nearly 14.5K Next day I tried to make another withdrawal but only 1 withdrawal at a time is aloud. Spoke with support who advised me they could cancel first withdrawal and I could withdraw a larger amount. I also asked support was it ok to withdraw to crypto as I deposited by bank card, they said it was, so I withdrew €5K on the 25/07/26. On the 28/07/27 I received an email asking me to make a fiat withdrawal and my crypto one would be cancelled. I went to withdraw by fiat( bank card I deposited with) and then found the maximum withdrawal is €2K. Withdrew €2K and this has been pending since, it’s now the 31/07/26.
As of Today my balance is €15K and I’m waiting on a €2K withdrawal.
Some points to note: No bonus was taken with any deposit. They state no maximum withdrawal when it’s actually €2k for banks/bank cards. When you withdraw your withdrawal stays in your balance so you don’t even need to cancel it to play it.
I’ve spoken with support on countless occasions during this and all I get is the generic answers, no help.

Pending withdrawal issue

Hello,

I am submitting this complaint regarding a €100 withdrawal requested on May 18th, which is still pending.

My account is fully verified and I have already completed all requested verification steps. However, despite the casino advertising fast withdrawal processing times, my payment is still marked as “in process”.

I contacted customer support several times and only received general responses without any clear timeframe for the payment.

I would simply like clarification regarding the status of my withdrawal and for the payment to be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and emails if needed.
