I made a withdrawl from the black diamond casino on april 5, I submitted all documents required, they have put the funds back into my player account several times, ive sent email after email and if you notice in the documents,i sent one yesterday after submitting another withdrawl and asked if they could tell me why they keep doing this and they sent me back the same email that they sent me on the 9th, can you please help me with this. < personal info removed >
