Waiting over a week for withdrawal

I submitted a withdrawal on Mon, Apr 18, 3:43 PM (8 days ago).

I reached out to live-chat support who advised it would take NO LONGER than 72 hours.

Waited the 72 hours, and then reached out via e-mail wondering for a timeframe and was met with,

"Your withdrawal request is already in the queue and will be processed as soon as possible. The maximum withdrawal timeline is 72 hrs, it will be processed anytime within this time frame."

Now here we are on day 8. I'm getting nervous - and I feel like it's a shame -- but at the same time, I'm glad I did not invest too much money into this casino. I'll take the few hundred deposits as a loss.
