There is no email confirmation or in the profile you can't even see the processed withdrawals - There is no one answering for over 24h in Live Support.

Can someone please at least follow up after, do not write it's being done instantly from your hot wallet when there is clearly not being sent.

Also I can't find the email address for support anywhere on the website.
