Hi! I have a pending btc and a pending eth withdrawal. My btc withdrawal had been pending since 06.07.22. About 10 000 USD is not payed from bitdice.me. Could Askgamblers please help me in coming in contact with bitdice? Their live chat say the payment will come any time, but weeks go by and they don't pay. Hope to hear from all parties asap.

Hi, why didnt you, @bitdice, answer my reply from 11.10? I asked this in response to your reply that one document was missing "I have not heared anything from your KYC department regarding any document. Could you please specify what document is needed and where I can send it? Thanks in advance". Why didnt you just answer and inform me straight away. I would have sent the missing document in a heartbeat. I ask of bitdice to let me fully verify my account as my gaming experience there was pretty cool. I would appricate that very much.

Hello everyone

To be honest this is the first time, player said that our email went to spambox, players before always received emails for KYC without any issue.
We still considered this as violation of our T&C, clause 5.4

Hi @bitdice and @askgamblers,

upon double checking, I see @bitdice email from Magnus from 30.09. This email was received in my spam inbox and was therefore seen by me. I am now aware of what documents bitdice request (beaware that I requested to know what documents which was requested/ or missing in this thread. Bitdice never responded). I will proceed to find the appropiate documents. I ask of bitdice and askgambers for another week to request proof of income from my employer and other casinos where my winnings come from. Have a great day and hope to continue a good dialogue.

No support at all for withdrawal from December 21st

I made 3 withdrawal requests on Dec 21, for some reason only the smallest and latest has been paid out. I still haven't received the 2 earliest requests each for 1 ltc and support staff hasn't responded by email or any other contact method. No statements from the casino about having no staff or growing number of missing withdrawals

No response after withdrawal when it say its processed within minutes

There is no email confirmation or in the profile you can't even see the processed withdrawals - There is no one answering for over 24h in Live Support.

Can someone please at least follow up after, do not write it's being done instantly from your hot wallet when there is clearly not being sent.

Also I can't find the email address for support anywhere on the website.

Withdrawal not processed and no customer service

5 days and nothing still. I have made 2 x withdrawals of 1000 dollars each and my account is verified.

In the past the customer service was fantastic and withdrawals were very fast. I have no idea what's going on but no withdrawals are not being processed and the customer service is nowhere to be seen…. Very scary!

There are many customers complaining about the same thing and as it states 72 hours is well over the agreed timeframe. The worst is that you cannot get a response from anyone - 12 x chat messages/ over 10 emails to customer service/ twitter messages….. zero communication….. Please help……

Withdrawal delayed, it's $3900

My name is Maria, i made 2 differents withdrwal the first one of $1550 10 days ago, and the second one of $2350 8 days ago. After a few days they requested me to do the KYC, and i submitted my doccuments inmediately.

After a few more days, still no answer of the support and after keep asking for my withdrwal in their common chat (because in the personal chat they are not answering) they now "deactivated my account" without any further explanation.

Delayed payment without response, chat off for three days

I haven't received any deposit since my last withdrawal or any response or support from the support team, any reply on chat from them and I have been waiting for almost a week now my withdrawal, casino says on its politics no more than 72H but it's been almost a week, need help with this because no one on Bitdice seems to be answering or something.

They refused my winnings and also they refuse to tell me why

They stopped answering my email, and chat messages. It’s been almost one month and also blocked my account for no reasons and explaining. I had 1k$ win and they refused to pay please help.

I have been asking them again and again also asked their chat and contacted Magnus one of the manager but no one replies and whenever I try to talk in website players chat I get muted. No one is caring at all, it seems like a fraud casino as many players are complaining. Please check and help.

Withdrawal still not processed

Hello!

I´ve requested 2 withdrawals since quite some time (more than 3 months) and still didn´t receive the payment.

I´ve contacted them multiple times through email or chat and the feedback is always the same: we´re checking, it´s in our finance team, don´t worry, etc. They did even promised a gift for the delay but the payment never comes.

Please find attached the print screens of the 2 withdrawal requests and the interaction with them. Unfortunately I don´t find anywhere in their site the withdrawal status so I believe they don´t even show it.

Can you please help to get the payment as soon as possible?

Withdrawal wont get processed by Bitdice for several weeks

Hello,

This is my first complaint to Bitdice, I have made 2 withdrawals of 0.0198BTC each (Total: 0.0396BTC)

1 on 26th of August 2022 and the other on the 29th of August 2022. Both of these have not been processed and they keep telling me to wait for 72hrs. It's now been 21 days total since I have been waiting on my withdrawal.

I confirmed both withdrawal requests immediately when receiving the email to confirm the withdrawal request.

Note: I have used this site last year without any issues with the withdrawals and now I'm almost waiting a full month for a withdrawal. Customer service can't give me an awnser only that they have forwarded it and telling me to wait for 72hours. (I have had this response 3 times now).

This is Complaint #8 against BitDice (Complaints #1 ,#2, #3, #4, #5, #6 and #7 have all been successfully resolved, thanks to AskGamblers).

I confirmed a withdrawal request on September 12 in the amount of 231 mbtc.

Constantly delayed money for 11 days

My $300 withdrawal has been 11 days and still not credited to my account. Live support keeps saying other things live support said send an e-mail to my finance unit they didn't respond I've never experienced it before, I hope the problem is solved I was told that money will be sent within 24 to 72 hours, I am constantly being told different things I was blocked from twitter.
