Waited two months and till no payment - $10,000

Hi! I have a pending btc and a pending eth withdrawal. My btc withdrawal had been pending since 06.07.22. About 10 000 USD is not payed from bitdice.me. Could Askgamblers please help me in coming in contact with bitdice? Their live chat say the payment will come any time, but weeks go by and they don't pay. Hope to hear from all parties asap.

Hi, why didnt you, @bitdice, answer my reply from 11.10? I asked this in response to your reply that one document was missing "I have not heared anything from your KYC department regarding any document. Could you please specify what document is needed and where I can send it? Thanks in advance". Why didnt you just answer and inform me straight away. I would have sent the missing document in a heartbeat. I ask of bitdice to let me fully verify my account as my gaming experience there was pretty cool. I would appricate that very much.

To be honest this is the first time, player said that our email went to spambox, players before always received emails for KYC without any issue.
We still considered this as violation of our T&C, clause 5.4

Hi @bitdice and @askgamblers,

upon double checking, I see @bitdice email from Magnus from 30.09. This email was received in my spam inbox and was therefore seen by me. I am now aware of what documents bitdice request (beaware that I requested to know what documents which was requested/ or missing in this thread. Bitdice never responded). I will proceed to find the appropiate documents. I ask of bitdice and askgambers for another week to request proof of income from my employer and other casinos where my winnings come from. Have a great day and hope to continue a good dialogue.
