Withdrawal still not processed


Hello!

I´ve requested 2 withdrawals since quite some time (more than 3 months) and still didn´t receive the payment.

I´ve contacted them multiple times through email or chat and the feedback is always the same: we´re checking, it´s in our finance team, don´t worry, etc. They did even promised a gift for the delay but the payment never comes.

Please find attached the print screens of the 2 withdrawal requests and the interaction with them. Unfortunately I don´t find anywhere in their site the withdrawal status so I believe they don´t even show it.

Can you please help to get the payment as soon as possible?
