Waiting over 6 days to receive funds

I've been waiting on a refund on my deposits made to the casino after having making a withdrawal request and sending my documents for kyc and them closing my account for being an Australian citizen, although I wasn't in Australia at the time.

After they told me they would b closing my account they said they would refund the amount I had made in deposits to the value of 5 ltc. They asked me for my ltc wallet address which I gave to them. I have not received the refund and have made multiple attempts reaching out via email to ask what was going on with the refund but have not received a reply to any of the emails I have sent within the last 6 days.

Hi Mike,

No I have not received any funds to my litecoin wallet. If u mean they have been credited to my Bitdice account, my account was closed.
