Waiting over 1 week on withdraw and previous one over 5 days

a. I made a withdrawal request on Apr 19; support assured me they were looking into processing it asap.
b. On Apr 22, more than 72 hours later, I checked back with support, who promised a follow-up.
c. Didn't hear back, so asked again. This time, I was told there was a USD3000 weekly withdrawal limit -- which I hadn't met.
d. Today, Apr 25, after more than 1 week, checked back once more with support but received the same standard answer of checking with "the team" and promising to return to me with an update.
My previous withdrawal to the one addressed in this complaint was requested on Apr 10. The response from Support on Apr 11 was: "Typically, the delay would be less than 24 hours, but certainly no more than 72 hours." After patient nudging, it was finally processed on Apr 15 – more than 72 hours later.
I have had no cause for complaint at this casino otherwise and I enjoy being a customer but I felt the need to bring this to their attention. I understand that withdrawal can sometimes be a time-consuming process, and each request can have its own delay, but I am seeing a pattern of lengthening delays with no communication other than empty assurances. It is also highly irregular to have them say they take no longer than 72 hours when clearly, my recent experience has been otherwise.
