Payment delayed over 4 days again with another pending and support not responding

Unfortunately, after AG helped resolve this complaint started on Apr 19, [https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/bitdice-casino-waiting-over-1-week-on-withdraw-and-previous-one-over-5-days], I face yet another delayed withdraw.
- I made a withdraw request on May 1.
- After 72 hours passed, I asked support. No response.
- Today, May 5, I asked again, and only got a "Hello". No response 15 hours later. It has been over 4 days, and they claim no more than 72 hours.
As mentioned in earlier complaint, this pattern of lengthening delays has not changed. It seems to worsen as support is unresponsive. This is my 3rd consecutive delayed withdraw. Therefore, I submit this complaint for a total balance owed of 74 mbtc on the May 1 withdraw.
Once this current case is resolved, I will request a full withdraw on my remaining balance, to further speed-up the inevitable delays and hurdles that Bitdice will continue to put me through.
