I requested the withdrawal of 3.79 litecoins on July 28. The support service in the chat informed me that it was in the processing queue when I was asked about the status of my withdrawal a day later.

The support staff in the live chat constantly say that they cannot contact the financial team. Every response I get when I ask about my withdrawal was "I haven't received any updates from the finance team yet. I have just texted them again and am waiting for a reply."
