Past 72 hours mark promised by all of the staff


I initiated my withdrawal on Aug 30, 2022, at 7:08 AM to my BTC address and confirmed it via email just seconds later. A few hours go by and I message live support asking about my withdrawal as I don't see that it's been initiated or that it's even on the blockchain yet.

First I'm told that it can take up to but no more than 72 hours. I'm then told the second time I contacted them that it would be 72 hours at maximum. 3rd and 4th attempts to ask where it was I was told it would be no more than 72 hours and not to worry. Earlier today was the 72-hour mark and still, nowhere do I see any sign of my withdrawal. I message support and am then told that it will take longer and that it is still processing.

I felt zero concern from any of the staff. Each time I questioned about it after the 72-hour mark I was told it would be soon or that they would forward it to the right team and to expect them to contact me shortly. Not once have they made an attempt to contact me and only have ever responded. Not to mention they quit responding after a few messages back and forth each time I contact them. Very unprofessional. Almost seems like a thieving money grab and I'm beginning to doubt anyone has ever been paid by them.

They have the exact same 3, live support agents, on at any time and there's no way to contact or speak with anyone important. They just keep giving me the runaround. If you can't afford to pay out your customer's winnings then don't run a casino. If you can't follow your own rules made by you then don't run a casino. Don't make rules you can't follow. If it was possible it would take longer than 72 hours then your staff shouldn't have adamantly promised me it would take no more than 72 hours.
