Litecoin withdrawal not received from July 25th
I requested a withdrawal of 15 litecoin on July 25th. I was informed by support in live chat that it was in que for processing when asked about the status of my withdrawal a day later.
The support staff in the live chat say they aren't capable of resolving any kind of issues and are unable to provide me with contact information for a staff member who is. Every response I get when I ask about my withdrawal has been "it will be processed as soon as possible" as well as "I have notified the financial team" with no explanation for the cause of the delay.
