I have been experiencing an increasing time on withdrawals to complete

I was told that I had to wait no more than 72 H, when I started to play I did my first withdrawal fast, the second one it arrived exactly one or 2 hours before the 72, and I definitely understand that you're busy and every transaction takes a different time, but honestly I feel like time that takes to process my withdrawals is extending with each withdrawal, I asked on support, and I was just asking some questions I had and last message I got from them was just saying they will let me know when it's done, but the response of the support member got me thinking that I was doing something bad when asking for what I was told that "already was on process" I checked the BTC network to see if there was anything coming to my wallet and until this moment around 80 H from the withdrawal request have passed, I was told several times that financial team was already on it and aware, and I don't know what to do because I feel now that ask about my transaction is wrong, also I can't even see a status or notification or something telling me about the transaction, my withdrawals show up on casino page only after they are in my wallet, in the meanwhile I don't know what is going on or even if it's really "on process to arrive" or how the withdrawal queue works after 72H time limit, and I'm worried that if they don't respect the 72H maximum time limit, I continue playing and then I'll have to face longer withdrawal periods,I besides this issue I have to say I definitely love this casino, and it's the only one I'm playing at now, everything is wonderful, but my issue is hell certainly.

And now this..... It was definitely not weekend now probably I'll have to wait until Monday with this excuse, after being told it was bla bla bla the financial team awareness regarding this, as you see I mentioned the "for sure no more than 72" H advertised on their website..... So it's been more than 72 and until this point nothing has changed, still not having the deposit
