Delaying in withdrawal providing excuses only
I made a withdrawal 4 days ago, I was told that the delay would be 24 hours but no more than 72 hours. So I started complaining with the chat and they told me that it was already in the queue of payment and that I would receive the money "soon" after than already 24 hours gone and nothing.
When I reach them again they keep telling me different things like "We are contacting the financial team and waiting for an answer" "Be patient your withdrawal is in the queue" or "Your withdrawal was not processed yet be patient" or "you withdrawal was already processed just wait and be patient". After a few times reaching them, another lady told me that the 72 hours were only WEEKDAYS that I would receive my money no later than 72 which means today a few hours ago, AND NOTHING.
I reached out again and they told me "We are sorry for the delay. We are still waiting for a reply from the financial team. As soon as we get it, we will notify you. Thanks for understanding "
