Casino unresponsive and slow
It had been 4 3/4 total business days since authorizing my Withdrawal from BitDice with no funds received and a lack of communication from Their support.
I authorized a withdrawal of 0.01074996 BTC on July 27th at 8:40 PM from BitDice Casino. I waited a few hours and contacted their support, Shan is who first initially chatted with me, his exact words were “You may experience a slight delay before receiving the withdrawn funds. Typically, this delay would be less than 24 hours, but certainly no more than 72 hours.”
On July 30th I Reached out again after it had been 72 hours, and Kim, the customer service rep, said “ It's already in the queue and will be processed as soon as possible, It takes 72 hrs excluding the weekend”
I contacted them again on August 2nd and chatted with Syeda. It had been 72 hours excluding weekends, I asked her for an update and her exact words were “no update” with no response afterward.
I started another chat on Aug 2nd asking for an update with Ahmad. He indicated he was waiting to hear word back from the department that works on that. I asked him how long that typically takes to get a response and he said 12-24 hours.
It’s August 3rd today and I can’t get anyone on the chat.
