Bitdice payment delay

I joined BitDice Casino on December 7th.

The next day I successfully withdrew 1 ltc and 0.6 ltc (both withdrawals were processed within a few hours). On December 9 I tried to withdraw 1 more ltc and they asked me to verify my account I immediately provided all the necessary documents. Since then nothing has happened I'm not sure if they checked my documents at all.

I would be grateful if you could help me resolve this issue.
