Another withdrawal not payed out

Hello AskGamblers,


I have another problem with a withdrawal. I requested it on the 16. July. The amount was 0.02253161 BTC to < removed > and the email confirmation link was clicked the same day.

I've contacted support about the delay, but the problem wasn't fixed. They only said, it would be done 'soon'. (Hint: it wasn't)

I've already completed a KYC process, so this shouldn't be the reason for the delay.

Attached are screenshots of the withdrawal, and my contact with their support.

thank you for your reply.
I wagered the amount a couple of times and those where slot winnings made from bonus money.
How much more do I have to wager what amount?
Can I check somewhere how much I have wagered it?
Why do you need 2 weeks to cancel a withdrawal and only after I publicly open a complaint?

Regarding your complaint, withdrawal was cancelled because of violation of our bonus T&C, clause 15. Amount stated in the complaint was received by winning in free spins we granted the player with for his deposit(our weekly promo bonuses), that amount needed to be wagered(35x), which the player never did and tried to withdraw this amount.
