Rejecting my withdrawal for no reason

Hi ask gamblers,

I’m writing to you about my withdrawal issues. I have won 600 MAD 2 days ago and I have been struggling to withdraw it but it kept on being rejected for the 5th time. Knowing that I have used the same method that I have deposited with which is “ CASH PLUS”. I have made several successful withdrawals using the same method but this one kept on being rejected knowing that I am providing the same exact details I had provided with the successful withdrawal I have made. Its been 2 days now and the operator has been rejecting my withdrawal multiple times.

I don’t get it because with this method that I'm using it takes you only your name and number to receive the money as fast as you can.

I’m asking you please to sort this problem out for me.

Bet winner withdrawal problem

Have been trying to withdraw my funds from my account for 4 days but without success. I will ask you to solve my problem immediately. When I submit the withdrawal request it is initially approved and after a few minutes, I get a message that it was rejected by the operator.

The next step you did to me is a new trick, you confirm the request from your side, 5/6 days pass and then you inform me that it was rejected by the payment operator, I am attaching all 4 requests that are currently sent to me for confirmation and payment and require them to be approved by the payment operator immediately, and not to use tricks to keep the funds as confirmed by you and then have them rejected by the payment operator.

Delayed Account Verification Funds Frozen for 15 Days

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my account with [Casino Name – e.g., SpinBetter / BetWinner], which has been under verification for more than 15 days now with no resolution.

Despite submitting all the required documents multiple times (more than 15 submissions), the casino’s Security Department has not provided any clarity or timeline for completing the verification process. My account remains inaccessible, and the funds inside (amount: [mention the amount if possible]) are frozen without justification.

I have repeatedly contacted support and received responses stating that my request is being processed "in turn" or "you will receive an answer soon," but no action has taken place.

This delay is causing me serious financial and emotional stress, especially since I have complied fully with all their requests. I believe this behavior might be unjustified and possibly in violation of fair gaming policies.

Cashback denied

Hello,

I am filing a complaint against Betwinner Casino due to a serious issue with my cashback.

On October 14, 2025, after a game crash caused by a technical error, my account was incorrectly credited, and later, 8,002 MAD was deducted to fix this mistake.

After this, I deposited exactly 2,235.73 MAD and lost it while playing, but the casino refused to pay my cashback. The system counted the balance correction in a way that denied my cashback, even though, according to their rules, I am entitled to receive 10% cashback on my lost deposit.

Customer support repeatedly refused to manually review my eligibility or to correct the system error, despite my proof and clear explanations.

This is not my fault, but I am still being denied the cashback reward I deserve.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to review my case and help me receive the cashback as per the operator’s own terms.

Betwinner refuse to verify my documents after weeks

When my account became profitable, Betwinner blocked my account, and started a verification process.
This proces has been going on for weeks, every 72 hours they ask for new documents that I sent.
However they asked recently, a bank statement, that I sent right away, but they keep saying the document is forged and not real. The document is not forged, I even sent the a screen video record showing that the document is taken directly from the bank APP.

They ghosted me now for a week, I believe they created this forge excuse to not pay.

Bonus winnings cancelled

Hi,
I created account in Betwinner.com and make a $100 dollar deposit then they give me first deposit sports bonus. I wagered full bonus according to their terms and did not even breach a single term. After wagering bonus, 100 dollar bonus money added to my real balance. When i make a withdrawal request they demanded from me identification verification. I provided everything and completed process of verification. After that they said me specify your relation with these three persons. They randomly make a reason i don't even know any of those person. I said i don't know. They said you did a bonus abuse. They ended my bonus money winnings. Please it is my request take them my hard earned 100 dollar bonus winning. I did nothing any abuse and did not even violate any terms. When i asked to provide me a proof they did not provide and did not giving me reply of my email. It take me almost a week to wager the bonus and when i successfully wagered it they ended my bonus money. Plz give me my money

Declined withdrawal 15000 USD

Hello,

I have deposited money and won money about 15000 USD.

I wanted to withdraw but the reason was a payment error declined by the operator.

I made a second deposit via crypto to attach my address. They declined also so I wrote to support about my withdrawal and waited about 4 working days for the payment department to reply.

My account was verified.

I have withdrawal issue

I'm a college student and I started sports betting on BetWinner almost a month ago to get some extra cash if I can. I'm in India and do my transactions in INR. 3 days ago, when I was trying to withdraw my money, I got an error thrown that said send your documents to the Security Team. Till then I had already done all the verifications and also withdrawn many times.

I then contacted the Security Team via mail and sent them all the details they asked for:
1. Account ID
2. Photos of Aadhar Card (National Identity Card)
3. Official PDF download of Aadhar Card from the Government Website

Then they asked me for - "You should make a selfie, holding your ID card near your face. Also next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where we can see your inbox messages from security department (this mailing)
Your face, your ID card in the hand and the dialogue with the Security department opened on any device should be fully and clearly seen on the same photo. All data should be clearly visible."

I even sent them that, that too multiple times. Every time they said it isn't very clear, but a phone screen can only get so clear on a photo. To counter this, I even sent them a video where I showed my mail screenshot, and my face and the Aadhar card. Then they said - "Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible."

This all just seems like a ploy to get me to waste my time.

They have disabled my withdraw funds option

I am using Betwinner from last month, initially no KYC option was showing in withdrawal section but when I won more than Ra. 5000. They have disabled my withdraw funds option.

After reaching them, Betwinner said to provide documents (aadhaar Card and Election Identity) so I expressed my situation to the betwinner executive and agreed on only aadhaar card but today when I going to share my aadhaar card they again demanding election's card which I don't have. Therefore I'm requesting to take strict legal action against Betwinner as they scam with player s winning amount.
