Delaying withdrawals totaling €3,000

I registered and played with bonus on Bettilt casino, cleared wagering and ended up with 4002 EUR. I submit all the needed documents but Bettilt didn't verify my account until week later claiming first that my phone number was wrong in their system (it was correct) and later that I didn't answer to their verification call (which wasn't true). Finally I received the call on 24th if I remember right and my account was then verified on 25th Sept.

I deposit using Skrill, so I also withdraw the whole amount leaving 2 EUR to the account. Bettilt didn't allow bigger than 500 EUR withdrawals to Skrill, so I had to make 8 different withdrawals.

Since then (25th Sept) Bettilt has completed only 2 of these withdrawal requests and 6 of those are showing currently "Error" and money is gone from the casino account, but not transferred to Skrill either.

Support haven't answered my messages, only telling that they will deliver my questions to correct department. They haven't given any explanation or any advice how to get the rest of my balance to my Skrill account.

I have now received 2x 500€ to my Skrill account, so 4x 500 euros still being held.

According to Bettilt, it doesn't matter that I initiated the withdrawals almost a month ago (in 1 month you can withdraw max 4000€ to Skrill account), now I still have to wait 3 weeks again while they process withdrawals at the pace of 1000€/week maximum.

Urgent Assistance Uncredited Transaction Issue with Bettilt

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to report an urgent problem related to a transaction between Binance and Bettilt.

Recently, I kept in touch with the technical support of both platforms to resolve an issue about a transaction. I was able to confirm that the transaction was successfully completed on Binance, as evidenced by screenshots I have.

However, the corresponding amount was not credited to my Bettilt account. Attached to this message, I send the photos as proof of this situation, in the hope that we can resolve this issue promptly.

Deposit amount 1400INR not credited

Hi Team, I registered first time on their bettlit casino platform on 24th January, 2024 and added ₹1400 on the same day through UPI method but that money has not been added to my casino account yet. When I sent the deposit slip to the company, they said that the payment has failed from their side but my payment was successfully sent to their account. I contacted my bank and they also said that the payment has been sent to the receiver's account. But since then, my deposit amount has not been credited to my casino account nor has the amount been confirmed by them. Please request you to deposit my deposit amount in my casino account. I have attached the necessary details below.

Bettilt reopened a permanently closed account by addiction

On 3rd April 2020 my account was "permanently closed without any chances of reopening" - their words - after my appeal to close my account due to gambling addiction.

They violated their terms reopening my account that was permanently closed.

On 17th November 2021 my account was reopened ( I tried to access and it went through) and I was able to deposit over 3000€. I can't withdraw my money or contact Bettilt. They blocked the chat support for me and every ticket I create through email is immediately closed with no answers to my questions.

I'm attaching proof of account closure in 2020 and a successful deposit in 2021.

Withdrawals cannot not be completed

Hello, I have tried now numerous times to make a withdrawal from my verified account ( there is even a selfie). The problem is that all my efforts to withdraw are either declined or they show up as completed and I have not received the money then it is refunded back in my account and it does not show up in transactions. Support and email help explains it with invalid IBAN numbers. I tried both my banks IBANs and it is the same issue every time despite that my IBANs work everywhere else. Bettilt says that I should contact my bank which I did and the bank says the issue is on Bettilt's end.

I also tried other withdrawal methods and they don't work. Their most common explanation is ''Provider issue'' and that I should make another withdrawal but the result is always the same.

So the common course of the events is :

1) I make a withdrawal which is declined or shows up as completed,

2) I have not received anything and ask what is the problem and they come up with the excuse of provider issues and refund the money in my Bettilt account and ask to make another withdrawal,

3) this happens again and again.

And now I have some bonus which I do not want on my account that they wont remove and this is blocking me from making another withdrawal.

Not credited the deposit and not confirming that payment failed

I initiated a deposit of Rs 2000 on October 14th. The bank says it is successfully paid. But customer support of Bettilt casino does not confirm the same. It is taking more than a week to verify that the payment failed.
I am not sure what’s the delay in verifying and confirming whether deposit received or failed,

Withdrawals getting declined again and again and again

I have now tried several times to make a withdrawal. I have gone through the extensive KYC process with documents,
selfie, and a phone call from Bettilt. After this, I made 4 attempts to make a withdrawal but they all get declined due to various reasons like, "incorrect data". I made sure all my inputted data was correct on the last withdrawal attempt but it got canceled again, this time with the reason "Payment delayed due sms" which I have no idea what it means.

Every time I contact the Live Chat I get the same answer every time, it's identical answers so probably copy/paste from some manual. Withdrawal to VISA is €500 per withdrawal so I have made 5 withdrawal request every time. Seeing other complaints here at askgamblers more have this problem with Bettilt Casino.

I have made a withdrawal request for BitCoin instead but this will most likely be declined as well due to it not being the same method as I used for deposit. Running out of options here and as of this issue i wouldn't recommend Bettilt as a good casino.
