I've spoken with a few different people in the live chat who asked me to clear cache/cookies, which I've done and nothing's changed. They also asked me to just enter my card number in the window you see.
I've also tried withdrawing on both PC and Android but it's the same issue.
Has anyone else encountered this bug and if yes, did you resolve it?
Also, is there any other way I can get the casino to send my money, like providing them with bank details etc?
