I have registered and deposited in their site at the end of June. I won 4940Euros and they have asked me to send my documents for verification which i did it as well as after that told me to send an alternative one which also sent it. The verification completed successfully and i asked my winnings on 02/10/2020. Unfortunately they have not paid me yet. I spoke continuity with them in their live chat and they always said me that they have some issues.... I am submitting my complaint to you because i can not find a way to receive my winnings from them.

Dear Eleni,

We are in the middle of a transition process, which admittedly should not have affected the turn-around-time of your withdrawal.

We will look into the reported matter further, and if everything surrounding your account checks out, we will process your withdrawal early next week.

In any case, please have a little extra patience.
