Hello, I passed verification and used bonus I completed all terms and now I'm waiting 11 days for my pay out......
I contacted the a few times in live chat but they say issues and other lies...
this is the email that I have on 17.09.2020

We received a withdrawal request from you of amount of 1403.25 EUR
Your money will be credited to your account using the payment method selected according to the withdrawal policy. We are already looking into your request.

Withdrawal still pending

Actually in betshah I applied for 2200 inr withdrawal request on 26june, but today I checked, so still showing in pending. And when I chat with CC, they are saying same again and again to me - that your account into under inspection, relevant department is looking. They are saying me again and again but not receive any kind of update from relevant department.

So, today I cancel my withdrawal and playing with this money and now I applied withdrawal request of 26000 inr. I want only my withdraw.

Please help me out on this situation, please ask gamblers.

I heard form my friends that you are solving all kind of problems, so please also help me. Please approve my withdrawal request through betshah team.

Deposit not arrived

I deposited INR 8000, 19 may 2023. money was deducted from my bank, whenever I used to chat, it was said that it has been sent to the relevant department, but did not add the deposit. I gave bank statement to customer support for proof of payment and I deposited from above then gave transition id even then it didn't add then. Now it is saying that my website has not been deposited. I copied the casino payment merchant UPI and made the payment. I deposited 2 times, both the times were different, the first one was added, the second one was not added.

Bet amount not refund

I play evolution game auto roulettte but my bet failed but not received my bet amount in betshah account. I chat with betshah hi say 3days your bet amount refund but not received again. I Chat but he say 7days but still not received. More than 10days+ done he making fool,only he always say I am forwarding your issue but never solved my issue. The ticket close without solving the problem

They delay with sending my withdrawal

I have registered and deposited in their site at the end of June. I won 4940Euros and they have asked me to send my documents for verification which i did it as well as after that told me to send an alternative one which also sent it. The verification completed successfully and i asked my winnings on 02/10/2020. Unfortunately they have not paid me yet. I spoke continuity with them in their live chat and they always said me that they have some issues.... I am submitting my complaint to you because i can not find a way to receive my winnings from them.

Still hasn't processed my funds

Hi, I won at this casino with my cash balance. After verifying all my documents, email and phone number , I requested a withdrawal to my e wallet, which was the original payment of method. Amount is 1600$,

A few days later they asked me to request a withdrawal with another payment method, which I did. (the email proof is attached on this post).

and since then , they have not sent my funds yet.
