Not received my money


My account has been fully verified and I submitted a withdrawal on the 17th September via bank transfer for £10. As I had never used this method before and Betboro would not let me withdraw back to my card i deposited with I didn't want to withdraw my whole balance at once as I was concerned. I actually received this money the next day and thus decided to withdraw the rest (£192) on the 18th September to the same account using exactly the same details.

Several days later I received an email from Betboro saying there was something wrong with my bank details and they needed me to clarify them (they were exactly the same as which was used before). I then replied back to the email providing them with the same details again. Since then I have had absolutely nothing. The money shows as being paid on my betboro account but I have not received anything into my account.

I contacted live chat on the 26th and they told me there was a problem on their end and I should receive the money in a few days, this has not happened and they are now ignoring my emails.

Before I love you and leave you I'll just remind you once again of that subject access request and also reiterate that my request in valid in any form whatsoever. Incase you were in any doubt I've kindly copied some information from the ICO for you.

How do we recognise a request?
The GDPR does not specify how to make a valid request. Therefore, an individual can make a subject access request to you verbally or in writing. It can also be made to any part of your organisation (including by social media) and does not have to be to a specific person or contact point.

A request does not have to include the phrase 'subject access request' or Article 15 of the GDPR, as long as it is clear that the individual is asking for their own personal data.

The SAR was made directly via email in the appropriate form. The law states that i do not have to make the request in any specific form. Therefore my request was valid.

You are the ones who keep replying and bringing up issues that were not raised in the first instance, you are therefore wasting your own time and highlighting to everybody how you treat genuine customers.

What you are doing is libeling me by throwing around false accusations of multi accounting.

@askgamblers money has still not been received / cleared therefore this complaint is still active. Betboro make their own decisions to continue to reply to messages, nobody is forcing them.

No longer able to withdraw

Hello,

I would like to raise a complaint against Betboro, who does not make me able to withdraw the money from my account. I was playing for several months really without any problems. It was a good run and I was able to make some decent profit, and decided to withdraw part of my winnings. My first withdrawal request was rejected and I was asked to complete the verification of my account.

I had no objection and provided everything they asked me for. As a result my account became verifed and I was also able to withdraw 900 euros to my Neteller account, the one I used to make the deposit with. Once this withdrawal was processed I noticed that almost all the withdrawal options became disabled, the only remaining ones is: credit card. I did not understand why, and Betboro did not provide me an answer on this.-

Spoke countless times with live chat, wrote e-mails. On e-mail I do not even get an answer. Live chat says always the same bullshit: "they will take care", and nothing happens. I always asked them to send me the chat transcript via e-mail, they never sent.

Anyways, I tried to make a deposit with my credit card, to be able to withdraw on that card later, but the transaction was rejected. I contacted my bank to ask for clarification, they told me that there is no limit/restriction on my card, and they did not even find rejected transactions for my card. So the issue should be definitely on Betboro side. I would also like to mention that I was able to deposit with the exact same credit card on Pokerstars Casino on the same day, so there is nothing wrong with my card.

The reason I tried to deposit with my credit card was to withdraw my winnings on that (if no other acceptable option are available...). But until I don't make a successful deposit with the card, I cannot make withdrawals on it.

Anyways, I had enough of this unfair behavior, I want to withdraw my winning, because this whole situation became suspicious. Either to my bank account (I sent them my IBAN and every info a couple of time), or my Neteller account, does not matter. Stop offering me alternative solutions, Betboro should restore all the withdrawal options and let me take my winnings.

Please, prompt them to do this and stop looking for stupid excuses just to withhold my money.

Took my money without any explanation and proof
I opened account in Betboro, I deposited 200 euro and took 50% welcome bonus. I had good luck and managed to reach 1 247,xx euro balance while wagering bonus. After I completed bonus wagering I verified my account as Betboro asked. Documents accepted but Betboro asked additional selfie of me holding ID in my hand. I sent selfie and then got e-mail:

“We have detected that you have tried to manipulate our system and you have violated through your actions our terms and conditions:
3. Should there be a suspicion, presumption or an indication of fraud, betboro has the right to cancel all bets with the same person or persons without notice and freeze the entire account balance.
3.1 Criminal acts and acts manipulating the system will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate closing of the customer’s account as well as completed and uncompleted bets being declared invalid.
4. Betboro reserves the right to close account in any case of attempt of fraud against the company. This includes any system based on the use of software, techniques, computer, machines or similar tool.”

I asked in Betboro live chat about what I have done. Customer servant denied to give me any explanation and closed live chat. Betboro also blocked live chat from my IP address so I couldn’t reach them again.

When l logged in I noticed that also my whole betting history was deleted. I couldn’t even find those canceled bets as everything in account history was deleted.

Betboro is stating there that I have manipulated system and attempt to fraud. I have just placed normal bets mostly in live and haven’t done anything wrong. In my opinion betting company is going to make fraud against me. So far I haven’t got any proof and don’t even know what I have done here. They just took my balance.
