Dear Askgambler Team, In end of June. 2018 I requested withdraw for 100.00 Euro. After few days of waiting for approve, my account was locked. I contacted via e-mail with betboro support team and they tell me that my account is under investigation and they need 14 days max for this investigation. This investigation continued more than 14 days. One month later i received resolution about this investigation.

According to the security team you have manipulated the system for your own advantages during your play activity with certain slots.
As a result, this decision cannot be overturned and your account will remain closed due to the above reason.
The case is now considered closed and you will no longer hear anything regarding the matter.

After this email I asked them to tell me how can i manipulated the system for main own advantages during main play activity with certain slots! Until now i have not answer and all my emails was ignored!

We have investigated the complaint from the user and we would like to inform you the following:
It was a serious breach of our General Terms and Conditions as the customer was playing Poker with another user with the purpose of cheating, playing in advantage against other players and gain a profit.
Additionally, before we spot his game activity this user had already made withdrawals which they were processed successfully and we will demand them back as we have already reported the incident to the relevant authorities including the police and we have provide all the necessary information that they have asked us.
As you can understand from the above, in such cases we have to close the account with immediate effect.
If you require any further clarification, please let us know.

I do not understand exactly what you accuse me? First was manipulation of slots, now you talk about my poker play! Dear Betboro can you tell me how long I didn't play poker on your site?

Might be not slots as it was a mistake from the operator when he/she has send the email.
The case here is that you have manipulated the system which is a breach in out terms and conditions.
