Payment delayed for too long, still no updates why
On the 9th of December I received 10 free goodwill spins with wager requirements from dr vegas. I luckily completed the wager completely and won myself £283.90.
At 11pm I requested a withdrawal. I waited the 5 working days authorisation period and my payment was still pending, so I contacted dr vegas. I received a email from Michael saying that in 24-48 I should check again as he had contacted payment team and asked for my withdrawal to be in next list. I waited the 24-48hrs and still.. pending withdrawal. I then contacted dr vegas again, to be told for the second time by daniel that they sent payment team a email and they will email me with any updates regarding withdrawal process by 11am as that's when they receive the list. I wait till midday, no email from daniel. So I contact dr vegas again asking for updates and he then says he won't know till Monday as payment team opens on Monday.
It is now Monday 18th December at 1.37pm and my payment has not been authorised, I have not receive any email or updates. I am seriously disappointed in dr vegas as I've been a loyal customer for so long. Never had any issues with precious withdrawals. Recommended them to all my friends and family. I will not go back. This was it for me. Negative impact for sure..
